DISCLAIMER

  • Photos are edited closest to their actual colour. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see portrays accurately on your monitor.

Disclaimer for Accessories

  1. Tapes have to be stored in a cool environment, away from sunlight
  2. Failure to do so may result in adhesive tape stains on carpets. The Mill International will not be held responsible and no refunds or exchanges will be given

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY INFO

  1. Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/lengths has been selected before proceeding to check out. The Mill International will not be able to amend your orders once they have been confirmed and no exchange or cancel will be allowed if wrong colors/lengths are selected.
  2. Upon payment verification, orders will be shipped out within 1-3 working days. Please ensure that all required information are submitted during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.
  3. Delivery days fall on weekdays. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
  4. For order enquiries, kindly give us a call at 6846 7200 with your order number. 

PAYMENT INFO

  1. We accept credit or debit card, Interbank transfer and PayNow payments.
  2. Please note that by adding item(s) into your cart, it does not signify you have successfully purchased the item(s). Item(s) is only secured upon submission of payment.
  3. All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received within 1 working day.

DELIVERY INFO

  1. Free standard delivery will be provided for orders of 2 rolls or more OR with minium spend of S$660 and above
  2. For purchases lesser than 2 rolls OR below S$660, there will be a delivery fee of S$40 per location
  3. Delivery will only be available on Monday to Friday, between 9.30am to 5pm, within 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation
  4. Self-collection is applicable the next working day after confirmation at our warehouse:
    • 35 Tannery Road. Ruby Industrial Complex. #06-06 Tannery Block. Singapore 347740
    • Please present your confirmation email upon collection. Without order number or proof of purchase, you will not be able to collect your order.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES

  1. Order cancellation & exchange are strictly not allowed.

DEFECTS

    1. In case of item defects, kindly give us a call at 6846 7200 or email to store@expoflor.com.sg within 7 working days of receiving the item(s). We will require your order number, details and photo proof of the defects for close inspection and review.
    2. If the defected item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out. If we fail to replace the defected item, a refund will be credited into your account.
    3. Measurements stated may vary as items are mass produced.
    4. Actual colours may vary as every computer monitor has a different capability to display colours. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

In the cases above, no exchanges will be made.

OTHERS

The Mill International reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from our website, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed. If you have any enquiries regarding this, do give us a call at 6846 7200.

FAQS

WHY CAN’T I PURCHASE MORE THAN 10 ROLLS?

Each customer is entitled to maximum 10 rolls per item. We limit the purchase number to allow as many customers to enjoy our products. CAN I REQUEST FOR CARPET SAMPLES BEFORE BUYING?

DO YOU PROVIDE CARPET INSTALLATION?

Yes, we do! If you wished to engage our installation service, kindly contact us at 6846 7200 or expoflor@themill-int.com. Tell us the size of project, date of installation, etc. The more relevant information you provide, the better we will be able to provide you a cost estimate.

DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?

We only provide standard delivery within Singapore when you order via our online store. For international shipping and enquiries, please contact us at 6846 7200 or expoflor@themill-int.com as shipping cost may vary depending on location.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?

Once you’ve placed your order,we will send you an acknowledgement email containing the order number and details of your purchase. Your order will be only dispatched upon receipt of payment.

WHAT IF THERE ARE MISSING OR WRONG ITEMS WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please check through your items upon delivery. In the event of missing or wrongly shipped items, please inform our delivery team immediately or contact us at 6846 7200 or store@expoflor.com.sg.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED?

If we are unable to successfully deliver your order, we will be in touch to assist with the rescheduling of your delivery. Occasionally, under circumstances such as severe weather conditions, traffic jam, or vehicle broke down can cause delays. If this happens, we will keep you informed and ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible. If you don’t receive your order on the designated delivery date, please contact us at 6846 7200 or store@expoflor.com.sg.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER UPON DELIVERY?

If you want to change the delivery date, please contact us as soon as possible before your designated delivery date. If there is no one available to receive the order when your delivery arrives, we will reschedule for a re-delivery. Please note that re-delivery charge may occur.
